Features

Live classes without lost links

Connect your Zoom account and the platform creates, changes and cancels the meeting, reminds students, records attendance by the minute and puts the recording in protected video.

What you gain

  • Three reminders before class

Students get a reminder 24 hours, one hour and 10 minutes before the class.

  • Attendance by the minute

With Zoom connected you see who joined and for how long, with no register and no roll call.

  • The recording becomes a lesson

After class the recording is pulled into protected video, so whoever missed it can watch, protected like your other lessons.

How it works

  1. You set the time

Enter the class time and the platform creates the Zoom meeting itself, or paste any other meeting link.

  2. Students are reminded

Reminders go out on time, and the calendar file appears only once the student has the right to join.

  3. Students join in-platform

The student joins from the class page, or opens it in the Zoom app with the button beside it.

Questions about this feature

Do I need a Zoom account?

For the platform to create meetings, record attendance and bring in the recording, yes: your own Zoom account is connected to it. Without one you can paste any meeting link, minus those extras.

Will parents know there's a class?

Yes. Parents see upcoming classes from their own account, read only, so they know when their child's class is without asking.
